What exactly are you asking.
If the balance screws are missing ,yes that will affect the value but I am sure they can be replaced by PP.
As regards the strap often that is not a material change and will not affect the value

Thank you, that was all I needed. But do you think I could get the screws on my own?
I suspect so- but unless you are a watchmaker and can
reset the oscillations on the balance wheel why not let PP or a qualified watchmaker do it
