I have an antique Patek Philippe watch, anyone can give me an opinion? I need to know about the year and value. Thank you
It's a fake
The weird casing, the coarse finishing of the caliber and the horrible dial all scream to your face that your watch is a $1 fake.
I suggest getting hold of the 2-vol catalogue of Patek Philippe watches, published by Antiquorum, and study it page by page. The you will know what I mean.
Not to late to start learning about Patek now,

a facinating movement layout though
Either there are 5 wheels in the train(unlikely) or the lever is way
out at the edge of the case, and there's some extra jewel under the
balance, there are 6 visible pivots, where there should be only 5

Nothing else reminds of a Patek!
It is one of the fakes even a blind person might recognize by only feeling the case and movement...
