Seeking the collective wisdom here. Can a replacement winder that came with the watch be ordered? Or it's a one off item?

i would send the watch to PP AD for a service and they will determine the problem and rectify
this complicated watches micro rotor if requiring replacement would then take place.
a worn rotor can do other damage within the movement.
i assume you have not just lost it and require replacement.
