Many more guys - younger guys too - are dressing business casual with tailored jackets and dress shirts with French cuffs. Finally! Guess they’re tired of wearing sweats and pajamas for the last several years.

At first I saw office guys dressing 'ironic' smart (short sleeve shirt and wild necktie with jeans and trainers) because they were bored of dressing poorly but didn't want to look like an establishment smart dresser. Then they gave up on the ironic part and simply started dressing like an adult should be if they're in a customer-facing executive position. Now I embrace tailored smart look with polished dress shoes (which was average/expected attire a generation ago) and guys look sheepish because they know they look like spoiled children! LOL
