I tried this and it comes down to modern Patek with cases like on the one in your picture versus classic Patek with cases like these ones. I personally prefer the latter as they look more timeless.
It is very nice. Ask if they can swap the sub-dials for matching black backgound with white numbers / letters. As i recall, they do make those so it's normal production parts.
Ahhh, photo was not quite... i find black dial / rg more elegant, and green might be hard to match with your suit as fashions change over time. Plus they do make date/day wheels with black background.

Independent watch makers are very capable of crafting via a variety of skills to showcase their talents, if you love the green main and matching bits, am sure they can create matching date/day wheels to complete the style for you.
The concave bezel made it less scratchy and the pierced lug is a sight to behold.
This color combo really stands out and makes the watch a head turner. If there’s one pet peeve I have - it is the hour subdial which doesn’t do much aside from telling if the time is am or pm.
I had been wanting an annual calendar and had been considering the 5205 for a while, but this 5250R/011 made me pull the trigger. The green gradient dial really stands out against the R case. The strap is also very attractive.
I owned a 5205R with white dial for over 10 years.

I sold it last year bc I found that I wasn’t wearing it any more. I didn’t find it as interesting as some of my other watches. I had to force myself to wear it. So it’s no longer with me… I can’t say that I miss it.
Dear Tony, I don't own a 5205. Nevertheless, it has been one of the references I wished to acquire in an earlier time of my watch collection journey.

The clear aperture display of day, date and month appeals to me the most. The combination of green dial with yellow gold case looks gorgeous. If you are looking for an annual calendar, it is probably one of the best in the market. Cheers, Henry
