Patek Philippe

I just wanted to share that fact that my AD was kind to gift me with this marmotte as they call it in French. A perfect accessory for a collector with a 5960 A on a strap.
The team came out for a crash course after work in coffee roasting and tasting. They loved it!( I think we have a business model for enthusiasts. Or even better to create enthusiasts.)
As I was packing it these Patek curves hypnotised me.

What are you wearing today?

I've mostly worn this 'marvel' that PatrickY purchased for me in Tokyo. The current job site I go to isn't conducive to wearing expensive watches 😉. Also, I've been diligently saving money for a Vacheron, so it will take some time until that comes to fruition.... Good hearing from you dear Jens! Cheers, Filip

I had a struggle with my watch roll last weeks, albeit it’s not a Patek watch roll.

…both the marmotte and the watch! 😎

When we were visiting JLC in 22 with WPS, I was told that we should remember to collect our company gift before leaving and that it was a marmotte. I thought it was a marmot figurine like a souvenir from the mountains. Was a bit disappointed for a few moments.

The 5960 is also growing on me, either in this steel iteration with white dial, or the platinum one with black dial 🙈🙈 but that one has quite a premium…

The watch is not bad either 😉😉😉

And quite functional too. I only have single watch rolls and I think it is quite useful to have something that can carry two or three watches. 

Patek also makes one for 4. I’ll see if I can get my hands on this one too😈
