This seems to be the next logical move in the trend to casual after the introduction of the Calatrava Pilot a few years back. Pilot watch, field watch…. They already have sports watches and turning the Aquanaut into a hardcore diver might be a bit too much copycat Royal Oak Offshore for Patek’s sensibilities. So I wonder what’s next? I’m guessing mountain exploration watch.

thanks Glau! i understand from my AD that they are required to display a minimum number of watches in their boutiques and as such, there’s a high chance you’ll be able to see the watch in the boutiques
of course, ensuring the minimum number on display technically means they have less to sell
