Differences I see
Screwed strap pins, numeral font, minute track, Swiss marking at 6 and the date window.
I only refer to the one on the right when comparing it to the other
1. Bezel is thinner
2. Luggs are thinner
3. Time track is printed thicker
4. Breguet 4 had got a cross tail
5. Swiss made within the minute Track
6. Patek Phillips writing is smaller but thicker
7. Hands are thinner
8. Date display smaller
9. Not rhodium plated?

Assuming the case size is the same?
Then the photo on the right is too small. It needs to be enlarged so that the case sizes are similar. Only then could we determine if the bezel and lugs and other details are indeed smaller or thinner.
If it is indeed the correct resolution, then we can add case size is much smaller, lug width much narrower etc.

1.) I do not like to plain white colour. Way too plastic for me.
2.) The breguet numbers are taking too much presence in this black and white situation.
3.) I am missing the warmth in general. Difficult to describe. Both watches look unfinished to me.

The watch on the right isn't the best photo. Aside from many obvious differences, the watch on the left appears to be applique, the watch on the right appears to be stamped on the dial. Also the font is a little different on each... especially the 4.
