over the insanely expensive 5711 a few years back because I couldn’t resist its simplicity and of course its beauty. I still think it is best looking watch in its class. Maybe, my taste has changed over time ....

pulled the trigger on this piece but I changed my mind last minute. Now I will take the time to think more carefully
Was torn the other year between 1815 AC in WG and 1815 Chrono in WG
Both were great pieces, had a somewhat hard time reading (without my glasses) the smaller print on the AC. Ended-up pulling trigger on the 1815 Chrono and have been pleased with the piece. Still think about the 1815 AC.....

already acquired the piece if it were WG. Readability has no longer been an issue for me as I can barely reads anything on any watch dials without my reading glasses 
I would get the 5327 instead. Patek has a far better execution of the QP than Lange in my opinion. [nt]

The stunning beauty of 5327 clearly justifies itself in a higher classification.
5196p is an extremely refined watch...and you've well shot the pic
sometimes in life we may decide to give up one to get something else - if your heart still miss it, you'll go back to it

The case and dial are just about perfect on this reference
But it is ok to let it go... as the movement is a little underwhelming
Then again the case back is solid
Honestly speaking, its beauty has overwhelmed any facts that may exist but
