Tiers of finishing at Patek
Hello all!
Anyone feel comfortable describing tiers of current day Patek finishing?
For example I’m curious if a 324 based 5320 is has better finishing than a calatrava 324?
Or is it all pretty similar until you get over 200k?
Does an annual calendar 5396 get a small bump over the 5296 or is all the cost to end buyer go toward the complication itself.

I think the finishing level
stuff on-line is more of a myth than reality. I think all PP movements are finished the same. Some high complications have more parts, than a Calatrava. which are also finished as say any manual chronograph.
I had heard of a ~200k demarcation by Ben Clymer
That Patek was the best (excluding certain indies obviously) on pieces greater than $200K. So that's the only "authoritative" thing i had ever heard (other than looking at photos on here!)
This has been discussed a few times before, so have a look in the forum for it!
Machine finished up until minute repeater and rattrapante, which are better hand-finished, iirc.
