Breguet numerals have that effect on a watch!
Both my modern day Pateks have them which add a touch of class and elegance to the dial.
This is why I like hte dial
of the Gronefeld Remontoire Hodinkee Edition so much. Yes the numerals are arabic and not Breguet but there is still a charm to it.

This is a fantastic reference...
...and possibly a 'perfect' dress watch. But I've never been able to get excited about the movement...no idea why. Now, drop a 240 automatic in the back and it would be very interesting : )
