Not surprised at all, the only surprise is that it took this long for it to appear on the secondary market.
It's really unfortunate that flippers get such pieces right away, while real collectors are unable to get one directly from an AD.
I think it is the weakness or choice of PP
If you're a first time PP buyer & you choose a grail you're almost never going to get it (take 5711).

We don't know if it's true and if the watch will be sealed (many sellers don't even have the watch yet).
Maybe that Patek will see this and try to find the initial sellling AD and first Patek client.
We don't even know if the info on this add is reliable.
However, I imagine we'll still find some sealed watches, certainly less than before but i don't think they will disappear in one day.
You can imagine we have no clue about if it is true or not, especially as we don't know who is selling (and we don't want to make publicity for them here).
You can report to Patek directly for they make their investigation.

This dealer is pretty well known in the US.
They have a solid reputation and at least I personally have dealt with them (very smooth if I might add). They seem to get a fair flow of LE watches, e.g. they've sold at least a few times the watch blog VC chrono.
