I have both versions 3700/1A-001 and -011 but it's taking some time before I'll start to wear a Nautilus again. I just asked Patek if they would like to sell me 5711/1P Anniversary and replace the dial to the one of 5711/1A. I think I know what they will answer...

First of all, I don't do business with them. If I sell, the price = my costs.
I do not hate Patek. The brand has been for a long time close to my heart and I simply do not like their new direction. One reason is that the direction is very different to what they told me in advance about the 40 years Anniversary watches.
At the same time, if Patek wants to be a fashion brand with glittery, showy and oversized watches, I will not be on board.

I do not expect that it would be accepted.
One year ago I was offered 5711/1P. I promised to take it but changed my mind. Later I regretted but the watch was gone, I know where. I have big issues with 5711P:
First of all, I like platinum a lot. On the other hand, Nautilus for me is 3700 plus its followers. Nautilus is a sporting watch, for me the finest in the world. But being a sporting watch, I like to see it made of steel.
For me 5711P is a great idea. But to have a watch made of platinum, I hoped to see also an upgraded movement worth of platinum case.
These all are just my very own feelings and I do not claim that I am right or that I would have even average good taste. It's just me and in this forum I express my opinion straight. I never learned political correctness.

I understand. Honesty is always to be respected.
I am one of the new 5711P hopefuls that you said you won't want to meet. 
I am sorry for my overly strong reaction.
Naturally it is a matter of taste and I do not claim I am right.
Some 50% of my reaction came from the design. The other half came from what Patek told 6 weeks earlier and I was very unhappy that the things they promised, did not materialise at all.
I hope you will enjoy your 5711P.
