That’s not to say that the Lotus is not an accomplished car 👍🏻
It’s just that the Alpine suits me better personally 👍🏻

I rather heard a somewhat strong disappointment. I probably would be too. I love the Elise, and it seems to to play in the same category…

I know the engine and drivetrain from other applications, where it’s much more coherent. The rest is rather nice (OK the seats would drive me crazy). 👌🏻👍🏻

Would be fun to test drive the V6 Emira however given the depreciation curve the Evora 400 or the 410 might be a good deal
The Alpine really is a good value in that sense…
Low fuel consumption, cheap insurance, cheap servicing, small tires…

And if I keep it longer I would go down that route sooner or later 😁

Tony fuel tank but good mileage due to low weight and drag 😊👍🏻 But stopping is voluntary, not always fuel running out induced⛽️

These were padded but not as comfortable as I would have liked. The racing ones in the Alpine were still much more comfortable 😊🤷🏻♂️
