However, I though the trick was to take a photo as closely as possible to 5pm Paris timezone on 25-Sep and not 6th of a month at 3 something

I have two, and I decided to send both of them ( 2 ) for a service.... Thinking that the guys at Leica would be sensible to the fact that a Moderator without a camera is not a Moderator....
