i'm guessing a 561 calibre from the mid 60's. it looks pretty much the same as mine except its gold/capped. a great reliable and accurate watch that has timeless charm. it was wearable when made, wearable now and will be wearable in 30 years. Omega's answer to the calatrava.

Some watches require specialised and proprietary tools, but thankfully these screwed back vintage Omega's are easy to get into with a generic tool such as this one. Available at many horological sellers for s few cents. Google is your friend. Look forward to more information on the watch.

It's been pooring down for almost one week!!! Finally this morning the sky cleared up a bit and we can enjoy the Automn colors...some work in the garden this WE to clean up the mess!!!



Filip and i were only looking at the same model online 2 nights ago, but in pretty tatty order. yours, as with all your pieces, is in excellent condition.
as for the weather, its been the same over here. 70mph winds and rain last night and the last few days.
