Just picked it up from my local MB saloon on Saturday. It arrived early than expected, initially the delivery would be at end of year. It is indeed a watch full of charms!

Thank you, David. The finishing of MB 16.31 split second chronograph is definitely not inferior to the CH29 caliber of my 5270. The bevelling with inward angles of MB is actually better than that of PP.
However, as the MB caliber is bigger, the overall structure therefore looks less dense or slightly "hollow" when compared to the PP one. The actuation of chronograph is also a bit smoother in the PP. However, looking at the price point of MB, I think I could not complain anything at all.....the alternative option of 5370 carries a nearly 6x price tag.
In summary, I am totally satisfied with this acquisition
