Thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the photos, especially of the pocket watch that started it all off, 100 years ago.

The Lange 31 looks like one very BIG watch, especially when on the wrist and it seems to me that the Zeitwerk is not too far behind it!!

But at 45.9mm in diameter, i still say they could have made it bigger! ( I am personally biased to giant watches you see!)

They are all just right for me!

It looks like you had a fantastic time with the folks at Lange.  They've made some of the most incredible watches of recent years IMO.  I thought the photos of the Zeitwerk concept art were fascinating and really showcased the evolution of the timepiece's design.  Lange actually left some very lovely concepts on the drawing board IMO!  I'm impressed by the RL, RL PLM and Zeitwerk.  I look forward to seeing the RL PLM and Zeitwerk in person at some point hopefully.

Thanks for reporting back to us on all the festivities.  Your collection of Lange watches is going to be even more spectacular considering your upcoming pickups!

Great photos Stephen! I especially appreciated the photos of the enamel dial; as it illustrates clearly the three individual pieces pieced together.

Beautiful food, and fantastic dessert with fantastic company. I really liked the Zeitwerke dessert! And I love Macaroons (Macaroons in Tokyo are sometimes better than the ones I find at Laduree in Paris)!

Don't give the Zeitewerke too much thought, I think the PLM is more than enough.

F * r=force constant

Where:
R=radius of mainspring
r=radius of that exact portion of the fusee

and F(k)=constant force

The dessert was indeed nice, I do love the jelly with the numerals on them, they tasted unique!

The Zeitwerk is fascinating, and I'v already made up my decision a while back to get it (plus i managed to get my number this time as well), so all the more reason that i MUST pull on this one!
