I am amazed you still have your sense of humour!
That is commendable. The actions of Antiquorum are deplorable. Here's hoping your story and many others from both buyers and sellers spread like wildfire and real collectors stay far away.

Papers are dated 2001; the watch works fine and keeps good time with 3 to 4 seconds variation over 24 hours.
Should I get it serviced? It's been 15 years!!

You'll get different opinions...
I think the conservative, technically "correct" response is, "Yes, you should definitely get it serviced after 15 years because the movement must be cleaned (of dry oils, debris, etc.) and relubricated to prevent unnecessary wear and other problems." That underlying rationale is true.
But other considerations are the fact that you'll be without the watch for probably 2-4 months (which may not matter if it gets little wrist time) and that waiting until it breaks before servicing/repairing it probably wouldn't cost much more than servicing it now would cost (and it'd certainly cost less than having it serviced every 5 years!). It's going to be totally disassembled in all cases.
Personally, I tend not to do preventative servicing with Lange or other modern watches because I don't like the hassle of getting a watch serviced, I don't like the shipping risks (after having several watches stolen in transit at different times over the years), and I don't like being without the watch for many months. Of course, if we were talking about a delicate or vintage watch with costly or unavailable spare parts, then I might be more inclined to service it preventatively.
