See photos. Can anyone help me determine if this pocket watch is a genuine Breguet? My grandfather purchased it some time between 1890 and 1920.
The crown has obviously been replaced at some time. The case is silver. The signature is Breguet numbered 4219 or it could be 4819.
Any advice would be appreciated as well as the date it was manufactured.

Quickest way to know...
... is to send these pictures to Breguet. Their production archives stored at the Breguet museum in Paris will gprovide an definite answer.
Most Likely not...
as the movement is unsigned and the signature on the dial looks wrong, but in the early 20th Century, things were not as rigorous as we'd like, so I wouldn't say anything with 100% certainty without a call to the factory.
