I travelled out from my country to see it in metal and indeed, it is a beauty. Furthermore, I liked most the blue dial because of the contast of the dial and the metal. BUT: the watch is too BIG. I needed a watch for a slim feminine wrist and from the past I knew that the maximum size she can wear is Reverso Duetto Duo but the optimal size is Reverso Duetto Classique. She already has both of them.
Anyhow, I will give my GF a very nice watch as a present on 4th April and I could not buy one more Reverso because now I needed a dress watch in white gold or platinum, nice feminine design, some stones here and there...
I finally bought what I consider a perfect Ladies' dress watch and I will show the watch on Watchprosite in the beginning of April. Naturally, the same watch will be presented in Las Vegas on 1st June on our dinner party.
Best, Kari
You have good and thoughtful taste, so I am sure it will be something interesting.

hope we will get it in Germany soon. The blue dial is the one for me - oops, I mean for my wife.

Thanks Kong, very timely reporting. The steel Reine de Naples was seriously on my radar for my wife, who expressed an interest in a new watch (possibly a Patek) last year. While in Singapore I took the opportunity to have a closer look. The blue-dialled watch had been sold but the white MOP was still available.
What struck me first was the size. I was expecting the original Reine de Naples size. Not that the steel watch is large (approx. 44x35mm), it’s just not quite what I expected. Having said that, the curved case back would sit very comfortably on the wrist, the MOP dial really ‘pops’ (and you get a ‘Piece Unique’ with each watch), the ‘open’ Breguet hands are really eye-catching and the blue silicium escape wheel, lever and balance spring provides some horological interest for the watch nerd husband.

Unfortunately my wife wasn’t with me on the Breguet Boutique visit, and the size concerned me sufficiently that I wanted her to try it on before committing. Fortunately the Chanel Boutique was conveniently close, so I did find something to bring back home …

… and distract her from my other purchase …

And in answer to your question, Kong, I think the blue MOP dial looks delicious. Perhaps not qute as versatile for day wear, but it would probably be my choice. It would be nice to see them side-by-side to make the final decision. What did you prefer?
Thanks again for the report! It really is a great watch and update to the Reine de Naples line. Boneaparte's sister, Caroline, would be pleased.

I always think the Queen of Naples is the most elegant ladies watch...especially the first version with moonphase and power reserve...
Prayers with Japan....
