Below are the images that Alberto Schileo (AlbertoS), a previous Breguet Moderator, posted in 2006 when the automatic 7037 was launched. It is available in both YG and WG versions. If you search back through the archives here you will be able to access more information and discussion about this watch. The execution of the rotor was rather controversial at the time. ... at least to my eyes. You can also make out some additonal fixing points for the automatic winding system through the base plate under the second and third wheels.
The automatic (7037) case diameter is 38mm compared with 37mm for the manual wind (7027) version.
