Isn't this Putin? Can't tell the exact model but it looks
like a simple three handed watch with a large crown. If the strap didn't look like it was made of rubber and if the spacer wasn't there in between the lugs I would have guessed an older model Breguet marine

President Putin with a Breguet 5817.
A search of photos of Putin on the web shows about 4 watches regurally worn...A torneau gold, a black face sport another possibly round gold and this Breguet 5817. All are worn on the right wrist.
George Bush wears a $50 Swatch.....now does that make a statment or what?

It is known that Putin has many other fine watches in his collection
and is fairly generous in this regard.
He commissioned Thomas Prescher for about thirty of his tempus vivendi watch using the russian emblem as the dial to give out to embassy workers!
