The Ultra Deep does not use a helium release valve. The case is specially constructed to ensure that gases cannot enter!! Cheers

As far as I know this is the only manufacturer that ever produced a watch with Pantographe feature. A very complex piece of horological engineering.

The difference is quite marked based on the images. The finish ( chamfering) on LM Perpetual seems more industrial than the artisanal finish of LM101. The gear teeth also seem better finished similarly on LM101.
