Selling a beautiful and very rare straight lugs Vacheron & Constantin Chronomètre Royal ref. 4838, central second. Complete  and papers (original Vacheron & Constantin garantee, & original Vacheron & Constantin Chronométrie papers). Straight lugs case made of 18K yellow gold. Very RARE original Vacheron & Constantin dial & hands. Some light stains on the dial at 1:00 & 2:00 around the indexes. Chronomètre movement is famous cal. 1008/BS stamped with the Geneva Seal, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, straight line leve escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions, shock-absorber, Bréguet balance-spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, visible balance stop lever.The watch has been professionaly overhauled by an experienced watchmaker. Also comes with a brand new french brown crocodile strap in 19 mm .
