Vacheron Constantin 47101

I am offering for sale my Vacheron Constantin Les Historiques Chronograph in yellow gold with a gorgeous ivory dial. Please note the blued hands corresponding to the chronograph function. This is reference 47101/3. Diameter is 37mm and approximate thickness is 10mm. Watch comes with original outer box, as well as correct and original leather envelope. This is considered a classic and a modern reinterpretation of one of the industry’s most beautiful chronographs of all time, the ref. 4178 from the 1940s and 1950s. The movement housed in this reference is the legendary Lemania-based caliber 1141 lauded as being one of the best manual wind chronograph movements. Total production numbers included about 1250 pieces in yellow gold and 300 in platinum. The watch is operating perfectly. The condition of the watch is near mint, and this is a stunningly clean and close-to-perfect example of this iconic Vacheron Constantin watch. I am reluctantly selling this wonderful watch to fund another piece that has come up for sale, but if the opportunity passes, I may withdraw the 47101 from the market.
