Description

LNIB. Most of the plastic is still on the watch, including the bezel, case and clasp. It has only been resized and tried on once, then put back in the box. (the marks you see on the bezel is actually the small cuts made in the plastic stickers to make it easier to remove).

It was bought at US AD with card namned (my name) and dated in mid-September 2011. You couldn't ask for a cleaner copy - and at a great discount.

Priced to sell at $5,199. Get it before the price increase in October!

Price include shipping overnight in the US. Payment via bank wire. Plenty of references.

Thanks!

📖 About This Reference

The Rolex Explorer reference 214270 represents the second iteration of the 39mm Explorer, introduced in 2016. This reference is distinguished from its predecessor by the inclusion of Chromalight luminous material on the 3-6-9 numerals, a feature that was absent on the earlier 39mm version. It maintains the model's core design principles, focusing on legibility and robustness, while subtly refining its aesthetic for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. This reference features an Oystersteel case measuring 39mm in diameter, housing the automatic caliber 3132. This movement provides a power reserve of approximately 48 hours and is protected by a sapphire crystal. The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters, secured by a screw-down crown and case back, consistent with Rolex's Oyster Perpetual standards. The fixed smooth bezel is also crafted from Oystersteel. For collectors, the 214270 is notable for its updated dial, often referred to as the "Mark II" dial, which addresses a common point of discussion regarding the legibility of the earlier 39mm Explorer. It appeals to those seeking a modern interpretation of the Explorer with improved luminous performance, bridging the gap between vintage proportions and contemporary technical specifications. The watch is fitted with an Oyster bracelet.

Today the market is full of new Dblue never worn, instead of blacks never worn there are no more. Today I prese

Years ago I owned the Rolex Explorer 214270, 39mm. I absolutely loved it but decided to sell it to purchase the smaller 14270, 36mm. Over these years I have watched the market rise on these models and never pulled the trigger as I had other "bigger" pieces come into my collection. I'm happy to sa

Thinking about buying my first Rolex - never thought the day would come
I may be an oddball in the watch collecting world in that I don't own a Rolex and have never really found the brand particularly enticing. But I've suddenly started warming up to a couple of models and find myself thinking about possibly buying my first. One issue for me has always been the relative
