Description
FS: A very rare bird: a limited edition by RGM (Roland Murphy) from around 2005. This was purchased as NOS and I've worn it twice (too may watches!) - hence the pristine condition. It's an American made chronometer powered by the SO 7001RM caliber, which is a chronometer rated Swiss Peseux caliber that is also equipped with a power reserve. It's 39mm, but wears very handsomely on the wrist because of the lug size (24mm), and the treatment of the crown and crown guards. This is a high-grade watch all the way. The movement is top notch, and the dial and hands are subtle and beautifully realized. An American-made chronometer with a power reserve by America's renowned watchmaker Roland Murphy. It comes with a very modest box, and the original paperwork. These rarely come up for sale. $800, shipped in the USA only.

Anyone have experience with RGM?
In particular, custom work by RGM. They are one of the few brands (and the only one that I know of in the US) that will build a case, dial, and handset from the ground up. Does anyone here have experience with their work? What did you think? Thanks for the info.
