Description
A beautiful stainless steel Montblanc 1858 Tachymeter Chronograph in stainless steel with an eye catching blue dial;. The watch has the legendary 16.29 movement, arguably one of the most beautiful chronograph movements ever produced. The watch is limited to 100 pieces and mine is number 84.
I am embarrassed to confess that I mistakenly placed a bid for this watch at the recent Christie's auction in Hong Kong and it proved to be the winning bid. The watch has been paid for in full and is being kept at the Christie's Office in Hong Kong. The watch can be shipped to a destination of your choice.
The watch comes with its original packaging and papers and is in excellent condition as described by Christie's. The strap is slight bent but apart from that the watch is as new. The condition report from Chrisite's is available for anyone who is keen on this gem!
