Jaeger LeCoultre Master Date

I have decided to sell my Jaeger-LeCoultre 18K Triple Date Watch.  I believe that is the correct name for the watch, but I am no expert.  I have not worn this watch for at least 40 years, so it should be cleaned, polished and adjusted as necessary.  It runs fine and the mechanisms to change the date, day of week and month operate properly.  The back of the rear case has the number 461  07 and there is a number 510896 on the inside movement.  To the best of my knowledge, all parts are original.  The watchband is not original.  I am asking $5000.00 and open to offers, but have seen them selling for much more on the internet.  I have attached photos - the hands, etc. are not discolored as seen in the photo - just a poor cameraman.
