Breguet La Tradition in WG

Sellers Comments: I don't want to sell it, but it's got to go.  Life's like that.
It comes with two straps, a Long on the watch, which has been worn, and a mint (or close) Short as well.
All boxes and papers.  I also have a couple of old Breguet catalogs I can throw in.
As always when I sell my watches, if you are not satisfied, it can be returned for a refund.
Preferred shipment by insured Registered Mail. FedEx is also an option.  However, they don't insure watches aboves $500 so the responsibility for loss will be with the buyer.  I've never had a shipment lost but certainly it is a possibility the buyer needs to consider.

Watch Condition: The condition is near-mint.  Though a 6x loupe there is some light scuffing under the lugs, but it appears perfectly clean to the naked eye.

Main Dial is displayed with a beautifully hand engraved silver Guilloche (engine-turned) dial located at the 12 o'clock position. The rest of the watch has an open dial displaying the inner movement of the watch & displaying some the immediately recognizable Breguet innovations such as the "pare-chute" - this feature protects the balance pivot from cracking during shock (such as a drop or a minor knock). Since the balance pivot is easily breakable, The pare-chute allows for a smaller & differently shaped pivot which is mounted on a spring plate which allows room for play - thus protecting this crucial pivot from breaking. The watch also features a Power Reserve Indicator on both the front & back of the watch.
