Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

Hi all, Offering my much loved Audemars Piguet 15300OR Royal Oak in Rose Gold, White dial and Black croc strap in "Near Mint" (96%) condition according to the TZ grading scale. Purchased this year in February. All boxes and papers are supplied, including those documenting AP services as well as a new and unused Brown croco strap. I truly love this piece, and am offering it up only as I am looking to purchase another Patek. It has been re-oiled by AP Singapore and they even re-adjusted the date flip to occur exactly at midnight in August 2012 as a free service.
