Very strange indeed.
The movement in the photos definitely appears to be a cal 420, but missing some of the sweep seconds parts.
But 2nd and 3rd the photos clearly show correctors on the dial side to set the day/month/phase of the moon, which were never present on a cal 420.
As the first photo appears to have all the necessary calendar parts showing, I'd be really curious to see what's under the dial on this one.
Possibilities I can see are
Someone has gone to quite some lengths to fake the photos, or
Someone has heroically modified a 420 movment to add the calendar parts. Hard to see, as the 420 and 381 share no parts in common at all.
I notice also that the regulator appears to be non omega.
Whatever it is, it does seem very unlikely to have left the factory that way.

Hi everyone.... Yes , there is a lot of Omega items on the net that NEVER left Bienne that way if it even was from Bienne. Saw this one this am ..... the one above has a caliber 410 , silly me I always thought Omega used a caliber 381.... Anyone ? Muller ...

But surely it is not really feasible to fake this up. You need a different dial plate, cannon pinion, hour wheel plus a module that fits and aligns with the sub second... Boggle.

...not your run-of-the-mill franken, but something fairly clever. Only wish the dial looked better ;-)
