There was an annoying gap with the mesh bracelet on the 007 on my inner wrist side. I’m expecting the same results with the stainless steel mesh on the James Bond. Hopefully, the standard bracelet is in fact an option.

Like you, i much prefer the no-gap configuration. Yes this mock-up is much nicer in my eyes. One must watch Goldeneye again to appreciate the blue seamaster. I hope they re-make one with a superquartz mechanism.

I would prefer the nato strap here. Purely for the look. The metal bracelet is of course more practical. Best Thomas
Mach - funny we're both discussing this on TRF too...I too would prefer the classic SMP bracelet - but I think lug hole position will determine whether the classic bracelet can be fitted. Links below to other relevant discussion for others:
