Hi Fellas, It is showtime again - you know post # 900 must be celebrated as usual... Summer and vacation is leisure time and a "lazy" time for me... so not a long and sophisticated thread... I want to show you my "brother and sister" which suit very well ...  

Gosh, i've been wanted this for sometime, but not yet lucky to own the steel one. I've got the gold capped one btw. A friend just offered me the steel one lately, but the one that put me off to grab it is the bezel is wrong. Any idea if the bezel is repla... 

the bezel should be replaceable but I do not know where to find one. Good luck erich

I'm guessing a cal 751 and a cal 564. I have seen a cal 751 SM chronometer for sale recently and was tempted - only trouble was that the case was inscribed - not too sure about that Thanks for sharing Cheers Andrew

Hi Andrew, you are correct about the calibers , it is 564 and 751... You mentioned an inscription... should be possible to remove it but will cause some extra costs of course... regards erich

Nice pair. I have the GC version too. Always on the look out for the stainless chronometer , but I have a few of the non chrono 166.032 as well...

Nice pair Erich - already looking forward to post 1000 which no doubt will be extra special. Here is a gold cap pair to match your stainless pair. As some of you may know, this is one of my absolute favorite designs among vintage omegas....

Hi Nicolas, you are right, the date only looks more "balanced" because of the smaller date aperture... on the other hand the day-date is not so common and rarer to find. kind regards erich

In 18k YG, both day date and date are equally scarce. In stainless steel, the day date is easier to find than the date. In YG cap, the date looks to be a bit more plentiful than the day date. Again, these are my observations over the past 4 years or so an...
