Actually, no -- no autos are marked Professional

in today's Omegas. 

Historically speaking, the automatic Mark IV was marked Professional, as were certain Mark IIIs that were also automatics (which I forgot in my earlier post).  Those were the only autos marked Professional. 

 

To reiterate Omega sells men's watches today marked "Professional": 

Manual -- calibre 861 and 866; the limited edition 50th anniversary with the calibre 3201

NO AUTOs are currently marked Professional -- a new larger (42mm) automatic model not yet available will be-- that's all the watches marked Pro, to my knowledge.  The new model will also include a date.

..whats the difference of Speedy Pro and Speedy? Case size? I find that there is a lot of diff versions in the Speedy collection. I ad always like the Speedy Moon and Full Calendar but that seem to be less popular in this board as well as people around me...

For the most part, the Speedy Pro is a manual wind chronograph (with calibre 1861 today) approved by NASA for use outside a spacecraft. In the 1970s, the Speedy Mark II was also marked "Pro", but not approved by NASA. The manual wind moonphase (calibre 18...

..but i think there is more autos Speedy Pro then manual wind ones, no? Thanks a lot for the explanation of the calibres and their movements names. The F.Piguet 3300 sounds good Anyone else to add anything? Thanks! Regards
