The extra "0" does indeed indicate a replacement caseback.

Hello Guys I thought I knew the SM300s well, I have had many of those and have been reading quite a lot on them. Non-date usually with cal. 552, date usually with cal 565. References 165.024 and 166.024 respectively. I have recently seen many ref. 165.002...
