Thank you BHK9 and David for your thoughts. I have tried to wind it before leaving it idle by moving it in the direction required to 'charge' its winder. In terms of 'regular' wrist movements, I do not experience the same when wearing my other auto watche... 

Your PAM 114 is a manual base? or do you mean 104? If your 114 is not giving you over 2 days of PR, you should definitely see your AD. Before you do that, wind up the watch until full, and let it run down AND repeat that for a few times. Asi

It is not an auto wind watch. So you must wind every couple of days. My bad. -David
