When I see this pair, I'm wondering what other " cards " can beat it. A pair of Vintage Rad and Luminor, for sure. In the modern " family " what can be considered as a serious competitor? 127 / 232 or 249? Pam 21 and Luminor Marina Pam 203? The New Mare P...
I hope that the player in front of you has a solid game... If I had to re buils a collection of Modern Pannies, yes, these 2 would be very high in my list. The Quintessesnce of Panerai, summed in two watches. You're a lucky guy, Sam. Best, Nicolas
Very lucky to be able to acquire these two Pannies.. The quintessence of Panerai's DNA, summed into two watches that I actually owned.. It's like a dream come true for me.. But many players here have more serious pairs compared to mine.. For example your ...
I did post couple of pictures of the Egyptian, a while ago. Thing is I've bought so many watches, over the last year, I think I might have become...boring....so I don't make a big fuss about new purchases, anymore... Ciao - Sergio
I would of course wish so much for a vintage Radiomir, preferably the Ref. 2533! And a PAM 21 together with a PAM 203 just like our dearest Anths does is mightily perfect! But well, for me, for the contemporary, and for what i'v been blessed with in the r...
But actually even the L'Egiziano has quite a huge chunk of modern reinterpretation from Panerai too, the case which naturally occupies the largest portion of the watch is crafted out of titanium, a feat which would have been impossible back in 1956. And t...
Right, both are modern reinterpretation from Panerai... and of course with the in house movement... I'm glad everything goes well with the 339... I'm really looking forward to see it in metal (err.. panerai composite ) You are very very lucky to own these...
I can just imagine the uproar on the forums! But i would have prefered and worn it too if it was crafted out of Platinum! 777 grams! Lol! Thank you very VERY Sam! Cheers Stephen
that my darling would post these two beauties... resting beautifully ticking the same time uniquely my BluNotte's love~ PS: I fold mon ami~ This message has been edited by RougeCherise on 2010-11-11 03:33:29
Such a great pair!! I've always adored the pam65. I seriously think that it is the dressies of all Panerai.. Love that it has 42mm case, amazing blue dial, central second hand and the big date. Makes it a unique Panerai.. Best, Sam
yep i think the 065 is very nice...i once had the 067 and loved it a lot but i must say the blue dial/gold hand/big date/heftiness combination of the 065 is even nicer. i'm trying my luck hunting for a seconds counter...i really like these LE 42mm radiomi...
Even if I wouldn't qualify the Egiziano as a Luminor, they both are great examples. Without any doubt. One Sub, one Rad... You are at the middle of the trip, Stephen. Which will be your next? Best, Nicolas.
I am definitely hoping for a genuine Luminor at 47mm next! Or as i still say it again, a re-homage to my most beloved vintage Panerai, the ref. 2533! A beintot! Stephen
Now it hurts... ALL the pieces you post, ALL, are amazing. But I have to say that this small Egiziano will stay very dear to my heart. What a watch! Any of " your " Luminors would bring a smile to my face. Nicely played, my friend. All the best and many t...
This Non Matching MM is to die for. Without forgetting the other pieces shown on your photo, of course. Best and thanks for having letting us see your cards! Best, Nicolas
And although my favorite is the NonMatching Logo, I have to say that the NonMatching MM is very handsome... It's my dream to own one of these pieces one day.... Have a great weekend Nicolas! Sam
... I inherited the 2nd 311 and could not resist buying a second 317K when I had the opportunity. Two are safequeens and two are for regular wear. Only negative is that it is a hassle to wind them everytime as they are manual winds and I sometimes dont we...
First time I've seen this kind of collection... Although my preference in Panerai watch is different, I have to say that the 311 is one of the best looking modern Panerai... Best, Sam
... a number of recent classics, such as the 249, 127 and 217. I am still doubting whether I should buy the Egiziano, which I have the option to but really find it too big. Very beautiful though, but would be a real display/show piece only as IMHO this wa...
