with the PAM 277 is just the color of the dial and the 8 day indicator? Very new to PAMs.

is it really an in-house movement base up? I hear one of the new 8 day movements is built upon the JLC 8 day movement. Is this correct? Thanks in advance.

I hate to draw attention to a sales post, but I saw this watch already available in the grey market. In a picture showing the LE box, the plaque says "Luminor 1950 Chronograph 8 Days GMT". Had to do a double take!

Will definitely let Panerai know because the press release doesn't mention anything about GMT function even though the plaque on the box says so. Cheers, Anthony

Its a mistake in he box.. The watch is already available. We have been commenting the mistake in the box some days ago in a Spanish ´risti forum after one friend tried the watch on the Madrid Boutique. Its another "rarity"...like the LUMINOR MARIAN sticke...

...plaque is wrong I've one 344 in my hand and I confirm plaque is printed with GMT but watch is not GMT. Btw, is very beatiful watch with tobacco dial and round PR is better than linear PR IMHO ... more and more better.. Gianmaria

I really don't like the new PR! I hope this will be only for the SE and Panerai will come back to the linear PR for the 8-day models!

looks better to my eye as well.

I like it much better than the linear one. Never been a fan of that. Pretty sure I never will be, to be quite honest.

....I'll stick (gladly) to my 289...
