I think they're both great looking watches....but my issue with their name and the insignia on the back, seem really disingenuous....

by the fact that Navy Seals probably use G-Shocks or maybe Suuntos and not Panarais due to price etc. So the whole thing sort of seems like a deep dive into marketing to me. But I love the look of the watches.
