Panerai Luminor GMT 44mm steel band
Hello,
I am upgrading from my Omega Seamaster and have found the Panerai Luminor GMT with a steel band. Australian price is $10,700, this doesn't overly worry me how ever is this a sound watch?
Is there a model that would be better suited for every day use?
Are their any "issues" with the watch and or style that anyone genuinely knows about?
The watch looks awesome and of very high quality but just want a little feedback before jumping in the deep end!
Look forward to hearing from the panel of the Panerai appreciation society!
Matthew

the GMTs, including your choice of PAM 161 are real workhorses and are intended for everyday use. The movement is based on the Valjoux 7750-P1 and is very reliable. The Panerai bracelet is IMHO the best there is and you can easily replace it with a leathe...
