One of my freind buy 9A complete with Box and paper but the axel of crown like this pic.??

1) Is there the difference of the case of A and B series, or B-Transiltion (case only)

2) when the case is ding or serious damage dent or ding then when we go to Panerai service and change the case, the case will be affect with this axel and crown or not?

so, sorry slightly technical that we never have expereince, all you guy perhaps try or able to share expereince too.
