Not sure if there is any strap maker doing non rubber diver strap nowadays.I had a custom diver suede strap made by Simona of Di Stefano strap some years back but unfortunately she passed on couple years back…..

I get it — I have a couple for my Panerai, but they are not for everyone!

I would not use this suede for water but I prefer using a leather strap in the water

Yes I can but because of the chlorine I prefer not using my suede in the pool.

That said I have leather strap that the more they go into salt water or a pool the better they look in the vintagy way!
