My opinion is different...
I cannot understand why people are putting these high-tech ceramic oieces on vintage straps. This is a 2008 watch and since it is in black ceramic and has no link to the old vintage pieces. If you ask 1000 non-watch collectors, 999 of them would like it better on a nice neat black croc strap instead of a shabby brown strap.
To me if would be like putting a vintage 1936 Panerai on a carbon fiber strap...just the wrong heritage link.
But as we all know..to each his own.
Honestly, I think that the nicest straps for the 292 are
A Tan Calf or a rugged black one... And " La creme de la crem would be a distressed one... The Croc dresses it up too much, IMO... Best, my friend! Nicolas

I personally think the PAM292 ceramic blackseal only looks good in some type of calf strap, preferable a beat up vintage looking strap. Looks too dressy in a croc strap IMO. - AT
I agree with the others . . . brown/tan is the way to go with the 292 . . .
