They are always so sexy, so historically correct, plus the 249 naturally fits your screen name here very well!

Let me see, the magazine photo is that of an angelus movement, and with your 2 radiomirs, are you saying that your ultimate grail would be a dead-stock movement (NOS, or some other great movement other than ETA based) in a radiomir case? But i still don't get it , how would that be in my style?

I had 10 Pre Vs, and some early Vendome, too. Now, I still have 4 Panerais. 2 Pre V, 2 Vendome. I think I will add 2 more Panerais, and Basta. A 47 mm ala 127 or a " Base " version if Panerai decides to realease it with a domed sapphire. And a Sub ala Bom...

you are still The MAN when it comes to Pams(also vintage divers,JLC and many others). I share your enthusiasm with the plain dial 127 and the 24 with smooth(shiny) bezel.You already have some amazing pieces! cheers fernando
