The way I see it, the "home time" arrow hand rotates around the dial twice every 24 hours and there is an AM/PM indication to show day or night time at home. Therefore instead of a 24h indication, it's only 12h with AM/PM. Not dissimilar to your Rolex I think, except it's a 12h dial, correct?
The main hour hand can be quick-set forward or backward (affecting a possible date change) to the new local time at your destination in another time zone.
At least my logic tells me that's how it should work, LOL ;-)

So looking at the photo of the PAM00355 on the web site again, I now see it: One time zone at 10:09 and the other at 4:09 PM (16:09). Cool, Thank you.
