as a right-wrister, do you also find lefty watches (at least potentially) uncomfortable? With regular watches, the crown, or big Panerai crown guard, never digs into my wrist, because it's pointing the other way. The first time I ever owned a lefty watch ...  

Yes a little. But when wearing a regular Panerai, it feels strange on the wrist as the crown is backwards. The lefty Panerai on my right hand looks much better in my opinion.
