Having seen and studied both carefully, side by side . . . definitely the 322
The 309 is a beautiful watch . . . very clean and sleak. However, the brown dial of the 322 is really extraordinary, particularly juxtoposed against the titanium case and rose gold inner ring. The combination is something really special! The 322 is warm and pleasant, yet incredibly distinctive and eye catching.
I just changed straps on my 322 -- I will post some new photos in the next couple of days.

Normally I usually always go for the black dial watch
but in this case, since most of my watches are black dialed, and the brown dialed PAM322 looks as equally great as the black dialed PAM309 IMO, I'd choose the PAM322 so I can mix up my collection. Cheers, Anthony
