Display case back on P3000 movement
It really seems that Panerai started to use the new P3000 movement on almost all their new releases this year.. But every time I see the picture, I always wonder why do Panerai put sapphire case back on the watches with this movement.. What makes me wonder is that the movement looks very plain, not much decoration on the movement.. Isn't it better for them to put solid case back on them?
Is anybody as curious about this as I do?

I always wonder about this Sam, it seems they cover all the movement and no point showing crystal case back IMO I heard it may be from other Richemont group, no? Anyway, lets hope this is better than previous calibre best, Ed

Its a simple mvt..but I do like seeing it... how about an option of a solid case back?? for those that want it Imran

And while it is true that these movements have not much finishes to them, i believe OP made up their decision because more folks wish to see the movements in motion, and not so much as to see the finishes. Just my humble take on this. Stephen
